Making Your Plans

Travel will be reimbursed to selected participants up to $650. U.S. carriers must be used. We cannot pay for any pre-boarding perks, extra leg room or preferred seating. If you choose to come by train, please book an economy class ticket and if you are driving, roundtrip mileage will be reimbursed (up to $650.) Toll receipts must be presented for reimbursement. Original taxi receipts must be submitted to be reimbursed.
